Okay, cool, that's what I figured but thought I better ask before I DO cook the batteries. I have a large collection of wall adapters that I knew I kept for a reason!

I also noticed if I get them charged, then push the charge button again for a second time, it seems to boost the voltage by a fair amount and has brought some life back to the packs. the 15hr charge...

Ya I think they do shut off sometimes. What kind of charge times should I be seeing with this charger, 7 cell 3800mah packs that are more or less fully discharged? I know it takes 55 min or so right...

We have 3 stampedes on our block. With the Radio Shack 7.2v 3300mah batteries we all get between 10-15 minutes of run time on the street/grass just bashing.

Thanks. I ordered some Deans Plugs to do my Stampede. So the consensus IS to do something with the stock motor wiring & plugs? Doesn't look like the best connection for power delivery.

How about the stock connections for the motor...those pull apart connectors with the clear tubing over them? Should those be Deans as well? Or even staight wired?

You answered my next question as to setting the peak threshold. So I take it going lower that 30 for a 6 cell means it's trying to get a little more power storage...

Just got another Stampede the other day and picked up a Super Brain 960. It's making a real high pitched noise when charging. It goes from nothing then seems to get louder the closer it gets to 100%...
