Check all the screws on the car to make sure their tight (think it says in the manual to do so anyway). I used loctite around my engine area (prone to vibrations that might rattle the screws loose...

Make sure you buy everything to get it running and to be maintained...otherwise another trip to the shop will be required :P

just be patient and wait for the batteries (if rechargable) to charge...

I nicked my mums dremel kit :) lol

used the smooth sand paper on the roller thing to start with then i got a finer sand paper and polished it off. Mum has a special polisher in her dremel set so...

Can i ask what paint you are goin to use ? Im thinking of painting it a unique colour but fear it coming off from the heat...

No i didnt wind it the wrong way lol :)

Im just fed up of the pullstart, everytime i start my engine i either get cuts or my skin wears away..

i'll have another go at fixing it tonight, but...

Well i tried to fix my pullstart...

Once i got it opened i bit of the spring fell off (then end bit)

so i guess that was my problem...

So i made a new hook to attach to the spool and...

I think i have a problem with my pull start, but im not to sure until further investigating...

Would i be able to convert the pullstart to a rotostart ? is it an easy job fitting one...

Erm you will need, fuel, extra glow plugs, glow plug starter, batterys and some fun! :)

Also has anyone tried to fit a different exhaust on their Firestorm? if so what pipe?

Sometimes mines does that if i have the throttle trim on too much. have you checked that ?

charged batterys in both the car and transmitter ?

If not then i dont know sorry [&:]
