RE: slide carbs

you could get a slide carb that fits from another engine e.g one from a os 18tz . ive modded a .21 carb to fit my .15 and it works great so anything is possible :D

theres nothing wrong with 1/10 gas buggys ive had my kyosho tr-15 for adout 4 years and i havent had to rebuild the engine once and its the stock kyosho gxr15 .

circuit and oval pan cars are similar but the oval cars have offset batterys on the left hand side to get maximum handling on the oval where as the circuit cars have the batts mounted in the middle...

yes but brake fluid is cheaper than a gallon or so of 20 to 30% nitro ?
ive used brake fluid before it worked fine but it left a horrible yellow shadow [:o]

yup their just an empty pipe. their quite simple to make. you make a template out of paper and use a compass to make circle out of that circle make a cone and then trace the cone on to the sheet...

those are some nice looking simple planes i like the look of dick sarpolus's T-6 i think the (yellow and red one) and i got the right fuel to day :D it ran really good

ok sorry for the mix up i was thinking more of a control line plane than r/c but having an r/c 1/2a plane would be sweet so i might go r/c and build a trainer can a trainer . thanks for all the info...

you should find some info in this forum http://www.dirtoval.com/forums/showthread.php?t=31511 i think the safest brushless motor to put in a slider is a 10.5 or 13.5 so that you dont end up melting...
