NGH 35cc Help please - timing

Hi,

I took off my prop today and the blue prop hub came off aswell am I right in thinking I have messed the timing up I am new to gas engines so have no idea.

why recharge at 6volts when cut off for receiver is 3.5volt i understand to charge before really low but 6volts seems very early to charge could damage batteries charging all the time or am i wrong ...
