Yes, two piece fuse and both wings come in the box. It is very well packed.

The outside box is 48" x 21" x 13.5" and is a honeycomb construction. The inside box, which holds the jet, is 1" shorter in all dimensions. Hope that helps.

The kit I got must be the same one (only different color) as the last one I had. It has the aluminum spar with the wood inserts. I don't remember seeing the lightening holes in my first build, but...
