RE: Parkzone North American T-28 Trojan

It depends if you're a gambling man or not. There have been so many RTF models, including myself, that had problems with the electronics. If you were planning on getting a better TX and RX anyway I...

RE: Parkzone North American T-28 Trojan

Update on my puffed battery.

After sending HorizonHobby a not so friendly reply to their denial they have decided to take the battery back and are sending me an RMA.

Thank You...

RE: Parkzone North American T-28 Trojan

No I didn't miss your point. The point you are making is that they don't take returns on batteries because it's too easy for someone to say that after their battery is defective when in fact they...

RE: Parkzone North American T-28 Trojan

I think you're missing my point. The reason why i think this is ridiculous is because of the reason they give. They don't say we don't take returns on batteries, they say they don't take returns on...

RE: Parkzone North American T-28 Trojan

Hey,

I've had my T-28 since December and have been pretty happy with it until the OEM battery puffed a couple of weeks ago. I had maybe 10 cycles on this battery. I have a decent charger, Vision...

RE: Parkzone North American T-28 Trojan

Awesome flying area Evil! Nice wide open space. I've got trees gallore surrounding me.

It was actually dry today in Oregon so I got to take mine to the park. I usually put my plane nose down in...

RE: Parkzone North American T-28 Trojan

I use an E-Flite 2100 mAh, a cheapo Mystery 2100mAh and a Thunder Power 2100 all with out cutting any foam. The E-flite and Mystery both have the same balance plugs as the stock so they would be able...

RE: Parkzone North American T-28 Trojan

Sounds fun! That is if the rain ever stops. The spring time here is real hit or miss with the rain. It's usually pretty wet though.

I just received an AR6100 RX for my DX7 TX. I'll be...

RE: Parkzone North American T-28 Trojan

I think the reason my SC performs better in the wind is because it isn't stock. It has a brushless 450 E-Flite motor, 2 3/4" wheels instead of stock and ailerons. I fly that with the 2200mAh LiPo...

RE: Parkzone North American T-28 Trojan

I was thinking just the opposite when I flew mine the other day, it was getting jolted around by the wind so much I had to land and break out the SC. My SC did much better in the wind than the T-28....

RE: Parkzone North American T-28 Trojan

I was able to get my T-28 out yesterday for the first time since I replaced the RX and TX after glitching problems. This time no glitches at all. The first battery pack went great. It was a little...

RE: Parkzone North American T-28 Trojan

I got my T-28 3 weeks ago and flew it for about three minutes before the RX started glitching. I have a new RX installed and it won't stop raining!!!! Forecast is rain for the next 7 days...

RE: Parkzone North American T-28 Trojan

I had problems. I'm waiting for my LHS to get the new TX and RX in to swap out. If the two that are coming in are lemons then I think I will just splurge and get a RX that I can use with my DX7.

RE: Parkzone North American T-28 Trojan

Just returned from Hobby Town. I had much better luck with the Asst Manager. He first started to tell me that they didn't accept returns if a plane had been flown because they do not warrant crash...

RE: Parkzone North American T-28 Trojan

Hey WildBlue

I'm not an AMA member. I usually fly at a park close to my house in Happy Valley. If the two fields there are busy I'll go to a High School a little farther away.

RE: Parkzone North American T-28 Trojan

Hey Guys,
