RE: Let's talk DX18 here!

I've owned a JR 9303, 9503 and now an 11X. I never had to send one of them back to HH for a product recall as I did my DX6i and DX8. I have an interest in telemetry and am now evaluating the Spektrum...

RE: JR Data Transfer Software

Are you using Windows 7? If so, let me know if you are able to do a successful installation. I'm hoping that JR is now supporting 64-bit operating systems. Thanks.

RE: Tribute 36 PNP Spinner

I bought the PNP; stock engine, prop, servos, etc. I don't know the exact weight, however I'm sure it's under 5 pounds. I'm also using the Spektrum AR500 receiver since there isn't a very convenient...

RE: Tribute 36 PNP Spinner

The .36 is running great! Hovering is no problem. I had to lean the low end for a smoother transition from idle to full power. It must be because I'm flying at an elevation of 4,200'.

By the...

Epoxy Consistancy

What is the proper consitancy of epoxy? I mixed some 5 minute epoxy from Great Planes and it seemed to be too thick - peanut butter-like. It also "squeezed" out of the bottle rather slowly requiring...

RE: DX7 programming max throws?

When discussing "throw percentages" are you talking about servo travel end points or rate percentages in dual rates? I read somewhere that when programming JR servos to more than 140% servo travel...

Tribute 36 PNP Spinner

What kind of spinner will fit the recommended prop (APC 11 x 4) on the Hangar 9 Tribute 36 PNP? The included spinner will NOT fit this prop!

Thanks,

RE: O.S. 55 AX HORSE POWER RATING?

I'm planning on running an O.S. 55AX on a SIG Somethin' Extra. Because of low ground clearance issues, can I use an eleven inch prop? If so, what pitch do you recommend?

SIG Somethin' Extra Props and Servos

I have a SIG Somethin' Extra ARF with an O.S. 55AX. What prop(s) would you recommend for break-in and aerobatics? Also, what servos should I use?

Thanks,

SCW

RE: Aileron differential

Sorry, Paul. Quite the opposite is true. Extending flaps or deflecting an aileron downward increases the wing area and camber, thereby increasing lift and decreasing the stall speed. The direct...
