It states right on the boat's box that the boats lenth is 36.8 inches long , and that does include the rudder , which is just under 4 inches long .

I personally don't like to use the original decals that come with the boats because than your boat looks just like most everyone else's boat , although you can get any boats decals at the Hobby Shops...
