It worked and has to be the best way to set the stab to zero. The anti rotation tubes on the wing are also on the centerline so it was a cinch to measure the decalage. And yes the wing was positive...

Thanks Pat and Dan. Looks good. It needs to be scaled up a bit but I should be able to do it on my printer using the bolt pattern for the Pletty to size it properly.
