4mm coro usually comes in 48 x 92 (same as 2mm). tru hardware stores (home Hardware/Rona & Home depo, and sign shops (overpriced at sign shops).

Muldoer, the Zero looks great. I am sure the Gutterpipe core will add lots of strength.

Yeah, I agree. It looks like a Zero. Got any more pictures? and what is your construction technique?

the great thing about the Zero is it has LOTS of wing, and will probably fly slow on a scale...

Most of the gear is mounted through the wing saddle. I mount the elevator servo in the aft fuse and seal it in. It can always be cut out and patched if need be. Not ideal but it makes for a simpler...

I used "NASCO" tape. It comes in 1/2" and 3/4" at the local "dollar Store". Remember that the foam I am using is "insulation" pink foam. I believe it is more dense than regular white foam. Anyway,...

Scooty I wrap lengthwise. The coro acts like mini "I" beams. V strong.
I remove every 3rd flute where the curve is subtle, and every other flute where the curve is pronounced.

Once you wrap the fuse with coro (2mm is best) the whole thing becomes incredibly strong. Our old technique (stringers and coro bulkheads)...
