Hello, the bottom of the mold is done, one layer of .75oz four layers of 1.5oz, need to belt sand all the edges back to the parting dam and pop the dam off then get the top ready for molding.

Hello Scott, yes I am using a 3" trim roller with cut down 1/3'rd sections of a full size roller, it work very good, thank you any way for tips, help, and comments.

Hello c-cat, Oh no that parting dam was not that easy to make, it is ½ inch wide and 1/8 inch thick, but then I do not want any problems after molding it, I did not intend on doing any vacuum...
