I ran SC10 wheels and tires. They work fine as long as you have an ext as the st has thicker axles. I have to put a few spacers in the front but that's no big deal.

RE: The Evader Coalition ~ T.E.C. Part 2.

TSNF, another suggestion I have it to take an exact-o knife and put a couple of slits in the chassis (right up against the battery tray) and just run a zip-tie through the slit, under the chassis,...

RE: Redcat Racing Volcano Thread

You would most likely need to get a set of stub axles that would match the Volcano SV/S30s along with a set of new wheel hexes and the proper size pin to go through the axle. Perhaps try something...

RE: Best 1/10 or 1/8 Buggy under $300

How about a RTR Associated RC10B4 for $40 more than the brushed bandit? Only thing is you will need some batteries, prefebely some well maintained LiPo's and a LiPo charger.

RE: Sunfire Brushless Front Gear Box replaced and now spinning backwards..??

You most likely inserted the front differential backwards into the diff casing like Eman said. Flip it around so that the actual gear faces the opposite side of the case. This should fix your problem.

RE: 20c 30c 40c 50c?????

If I were you I would try and run a 5000mAh 30C or 40C. Something to note is that running to much of a C or amps rating will not hurt your electronics. That's like me saying my muscles are huge, so I...

RE: Changing gear ratios in Caldera 10e?

I mean there's really not any advantage of using traxxas pinions with the traxxas motor. The Caldera pinion it looks like is either 32p or Mod1 which means the teeth are much thicker than the 48p...

RE: Drove the wheels off it! Need new wheels!

I am not entirely sure that they will fit. Reason being that the B4 rear wheels run off of a straight pin, the redcat however uses a 12mm hex. However if you remove the hex and the pin is the same...

RE: OFFICAL PEDE THREAD

I would reccomend upgrading to a Brushless ESC and motor. While doing such I'd suggest also at minimum getting the steel upgrade idler and diff gears.

Also try and upgrade the 5x8 bushing in...

Hello all,

I used to be a very regular member on here a few years back, I'm not sure if anyone now would remember me. Well I aqquired a Volcano SV that I paid $30 shipped for (yes, $30 to my...

RE: whats with the prices?

I saw a used savage flux the other day that I couldn't believe. He did have some extra parts and 2 lipos, not any top brand ones either. And the guy started the bidding at $900 and wanted $50...

RE: The Evader Coalition ~ T.E.C. Part 2.

Hey Guys, how's it going. Long time no see.

I'm not sure if he did the same thing as I did, but a while back I put an RC10T4.1/B4.1/SC10 (which has a gear diff instead of the ball diff)...

RE: hobbyking kd 36-60 motors

I run a 36-60-8L in an evader (modified transmission) and a 6XL in a stampede. I think that for bashing they are absolutely fine. On 3s however, you might need to purchase a fan for it. I tend to not...

RE: The Evader Coalition ~ T.E.C.

The angled piece holds the tranny to the rear shock tower and chassis brace. The screw that goes through the aluminum angle piece goes all the way through the shock tower.

Trans has been...

This might be what you are looking for. It is the himoto version but it will work. The electronics and possibly the shocks will be different but everything else should be the same.

RE: Traxxas Stampede VXL keeps flipping over when turning, help on how to set up??????

Widening the Stampede helps out A LOT. To widen mine, I used:

Rear arms (I recommend either stock rears with front shocks or RPM rears with longer shocks)
Extended Toe/Camber links
Some...

I'm so happy, (not trying to brag) I just got back from Philadelphia which we won! And we also won at Trenton!

The guy who runs this forum (ehroof) is from Queens and he would probably be more than willing to meet up for a bashing session.
