Easy enough to do..just set the gear mesh..make a bracket to fit.....first make a temeplete from thin card board..transfer to say 1/8' alum stock..cut it
install your bracket...you have to make...

DC: the walbro 771 carb has the same internals for fuel flow as the 813..just no pump..
and I thought you did say air bubbles from the tank...That there says a line pin hole...
but the klunker...

DC: your tank my be fine ..I have no clue on that...They can get a pin hole in tham..
But your fuel cap is vented....so you may look into a better grommet system for the fuel lines...

DC: I see your building a engine...Let me ask you this same goes for the cad engine..
are you using paper base cylinder gaskets?..If so the horse crap..you will have a air leak...get copper gaskets...

DC:...your spinning your wheels here..silacone will not work..the gasoline will dissolve it...aand will leak again..
Your best bet to try is a hot soldering gun with flat tip..to melt and fuse the...

let it warm up a bit...just drive it..say 15 to 20 minutes..let cool down get cold...check the the cylinder head bolts are tight
run again.......let it rip you should br ok.....oil/gas...

DC: Mooman is correct on the heli coil kit...To do it right the first time...
But you indicated you did not want the hassle or you think you may have a hard time to do the heli coil your self...

new carb(813) your 668 stock will get you by for now...new lines & klunker......
Every 5 gallons fuel I use...

DC: I would cut your jet Pipe..to make a header...Automotive parts house should have heat temp hose...
Example..Heater hose..You want Green in color....like 75mm inside dia...

DC: Fix the stud bolt first...make the header....
use the 668 carb for now..at least you will be able to run it and check out the exhaust & new fuel supply...
alwasy make sure you have a dry air...

DC: M6 thats a big bolt or stud...do you have any of those.?Who close is the nut to the pipe?
So your saying the old bolt spins in the cylinder..& does not get tight.......
If thats the case..use...
