Protrax eh? I doubt that's in the USA, too bad because I wouldn't mind a part time job assembling kits all day. :D

Unfortunate. I don't blame them though, kits aren't very popular compared to RTR, and it was probably too expensive to maintain assembled and unassembled versions of the same product.

Indeed. Even doing a teardown and rebuild it isn't the same. I didn't clip the parts off the trees and sift through the screw bags. I have a few RTRs, and they never feel "mine" the way my kit...
