F-111 - EDF Jet Tech Design / Questions / Suggestions

I have always wanted to build a EDF FB-111A (same intakes as a D,E & F model)
Can anyone help me with calculating the following please

A - 3.5 ft wing span
B - suggestion for wing profile...

I have a wealth of material but concluded that building larger than 1/10th scale might be better when it comes to some of the smaller components...

I recently sold all remaining parts purchased from Harry's wife, to BJ64 in Melbourne.
This included the multi sectioned master plug.

Not a raised line but a scribed line with the screw heads made using a tool as you suggested
I need is to make a permanent panel line & screw heads in the mold.

I have spoken to some professionals about the use of vaseline and they said it works very well indeed. They recommended it as they never had any issues with it.

Whatever is used if the wire is hung virtically with a weight at the bottom, then the issue of sagging is minimised.
Makes for tricky handling but worth trying, especially with the length of 6ft in...

Injectors are clean by using an ultrasonic cleaner.
It is a simple process that any automotive injector service centre could perform & it's not that expensive so do it well & do it once.
