I keep hearing you guys about running with no nitro, what fuel is it and what would be the mix, and is it cheaper than 25$ a gallon?

So if I remove the one shim under the head on a TRX 2.5 would the head be sealed enough?I know its copper to help seal but would no shim at all make a diff in performance?

Well never took out the shim tried my danmdest to tune them.Broke the rod on the Jato and cant get the Maxx to run barely at all new plugs checked for air leaks, I'm just confused that the diff in...

Ok guys one more question both motors are 2.5R's in a Jjato and Maxx ,ran absolutely flawlessly on Top Fuel 33%. Just got my order from Tower and it seems I ordered 20%,Now the motors run like...

Thanks guys I was getting ready to order more fuel and wanted y'alls opinions. Bill I understand the oil pan thing thanks. Guess I'll stick with Traxxas 33%. Anyway thanks again guys.

Dang sounds like it's pretty well tore up.I have a Jato and S-Maxx and have torn up the Maxx more times than I have the Jato.But then again the Maxx was my first nitro guess I learned to drive a bit...

I believe it is 2 1/4 to 2 1/2 turns out then it should be flush with the inside of throttle arm

Bute Dave the question was will a 2.5 fit? Thats not the same mount as a 2.6 or 3.3 I know the 15 carb is rotary. Just learning so please tell me.

You can adjust the pillow ball for camber and the (crap forgot what they are called) radius rods for toe but there are guages you can buy to help you.

It should bolt right in the only diff is gonna be rotary carb.15 to slide carb 2.5 for 10 bucks I'd buy it in a heartbeat

The only thing I can think of off hand is your clutch in the clutchbell not working/stuck.Is the spur spinning when you gas it?

You could try that aluminum a/c duct tape its like an adhesive aluminun foil, that may work.
