i dunno what caused them to break but i would buy like 5 mounts at once, b\c it would just snap the hex screw straight in half.. happen about 3 times

the slayer is a 1/10 scale truck!!! so thats why im compareing it to the volcano, and ive wasted more money on redcat than i can think possible, every time i run the volcano for about 5 mins...

blink u can get a brand new motor for 50 bucks the sh.18, threw the engine replacement program that redcat has... but i would just break down and buy a traxxas i have sooo many problems with these...

the spur gear on the single gear trans i put on my volcano looks like a beast compared to the stock ones.... but i also haven't got to run any of my redcats in a month or sooo

yea so far the slayer has been the best rc iv own and it WAY bigger than the volcano.. yea had some trouble with the clutch bell on my volcano the one i order, when i got it was all bent up haha...
