Personally i love the redcats, ill always own them as long as im into rc's, which will be forever haha. They are cheap and parts are super super cheap. And they are really durable too. Not to mention...

Dude these are great cars, ive had a ton of them and i love em. I probably would never get a "name brand" rc, doesnt seem logical to me.

Make sure you mesh your spue gear right, thats the only reason it will strip, other than landing a jump on the throttle.

What i would do is take your servo horn off the top of your servo. And then turn your radio on (with the car off) and then put your trim to the middle, that will put center it. Then put the servo...

Not to be mean, but its a couple posts up dude, just look.

They are 2.5-3 turns out on the hsn and the lsn goes to flush with the collar

put your hsn at 2.5-3 turns out, and your lsn flush with the collar. and tune from there.

You could but it would be a pain, what i would do it try to sell it on craigslist or something, and then buy a new brushlessl. To me it would just be too much of a hastle
