That's a normal characteristic of the linkage. I have the aluminum tail assembly, and noticed the same thing. I Dremeled a channel in the bellcrank to provide more clearance, but obviously...

Yes, the E-flite 325mm blades will work just fine in place of the 315mm Esky blades. In fact, the heli is slightly more stable.
