I don't remember seeing anything on the package saying to only run 6 cells.. Then again, I don't remember actually reading the package at all :) If I can find a 7 cell to fit this car I'll try it...

I can see having to disassemble and clean this motor after every race if you use it on a dusty offroad track. The checkpoint brushes fit very tight in the hoods and the slightest layer of grit jams...

This meter from Harbor Freight works very well for the price. With a fresh 9 volt battery, accuracy is within 5% of my Fluke meter.
