RE: What other motors can I use with a Mamba Micro Pro

I am well aware that not all motors are created equally. In fact, I was a little leery about that motor, so I decided to pass on it. I think I may pick up a reedy instead. I'd just like a reliable...

RE: 1/18 Late Model Cogging Issues. What causes this?

Cogging can be caused by the battery much of the time. You may want to upgrade to a higher quality and capacity NiMH, or make the jump to Lipo. I had the same issues with the Mamba Micro Pro and a...

RE: OFFICIAL RC18T FORUM

With the specs you've given, you should see a noticeable improvement, but make sure that you have the correct equipment for lipo. You'll certainly need a lipo charger and balancer.
I'd be a little...

RE: Mini-T, Mini Dt or RC18T Pls Hlp

I would also go with the RC18T. I've got two of them and love them both. There are plenty of mods to do if you wanted, and also quite a bit of aftermarket parts available. It performs great right out...

RE: NiMH Battery issues

This may all be a moot point, but thanks for all the help and useful information, I really appreciate it. Upon closer inspection, it would appear I need a new set of brushes for the motor. They're...

RE: NiMH Battery issues

Will the batteries really be reaching the end of their life after 20 or 30 cycles? It seems to me that they should last longer than that. Would I be better off switching to a LIPO setup? Would I get...

NiMH Battery issues

I tried searching the forum to find an answer, but maybe I'm not phrasing it right, so if anybody could help me out, I'd appreciate it.

I recently purchased some NiMH batteries from ebay, and...

RE: Axe CP - to train or not to train?

I know exactly what you're experiencing. I was in the same boat in January, but here it is Feb 6th and I'm managing to hover like a well trained novice. Yes, getting it off the ground helps and...

Main Blade Safety

Okay, I realize I'm still new to this, and I'm well aware of the dangers, but I wanted to get some other input. I purchased trainer blades when I got my Axe CP. They have taken a bit of a beating...

RE: HELIMAX AXE CP ''NEED HELP''

The top one is the LEFT/RIGHT Bias. It is used to obtain a balanced feel between left and right tail rotor inputs. The adjustment is very sensitive, so only make small changes. Turn clockwise to...

Is it possible that blade grips are on wrong? If you are looking down on the heli, the blades spin clockwise, and the blade grips control horn should be on the trailing edge of the blade.

RE: AXE CP Drifts Left

I guess you could call it a pendulum effect. I just get nervous easily I suppose. As soon as I see the heli start to tilt I cut the throttle and never make any progress.

RE: AXE CP Drifts Left

I'm having the same issue with the heli constantly sliding to the left, however if I give it right cyclic it tends to tip to the right instead of sliding back to the right. Is that normal as well? ...
