RE: .........

I have a DX6i, so the gyro settings should be the same. As you know, anything above 50% is considered head holding mode - below 50% is rate mode. I have Telebee's on both my Esky Belt CP and my...

RE: .........

I ordered it from XHeli. Cost is $49.95. They have a wide selection of fuselages for 450 and 500 helos. That duct fan is cool!!!!!! A lot of money for that part, but if you want realism, that's...

RE: .........

Thanks for all the positive comments!!! Yes, it is BIG, tail control is good, and it flies big! Here is a pic of my collective fleet (TREX 500, Belt CP, and TREX 450 V2). Not to brag, but I'm...

RE: .........

Hello all!

I've been away for a while, but I just had to post a pic of my Belt CP V1 with my new EC-135 fuselage. This thing is HUGE, almost the size of my TREX 500!! Scale flying is so...

RE: ........."BELT-CP THREAD"........

I went from +70 to +80 on my tx, and reduced the gain on the gyro to 50% (I previously had it full positive). It's back holding again. I also think in the future I'll turn the helo on in rate mode,...

RE: ........."BELT-CP THREAD"........

I have the Spektrum DX6i tx. I have the setting on the tx at +70, yet the tail still strays to the left. I tried trimming, but to no avail.

RE: ........."BELT-CP THREAD"........

Hello, all:

For some reason, my Telebee HH gyro won't hold. I don't know if it's defective or not. But, I read somewhere that you have to set the gain all the way in the + territory to make it...

RE: ........."BELT-CP THREAD"........

Thanks for all the inputs!!!! I'll use my soldering gun to heat the screw, and then take it out. I have the green threadlock liquid - it actually came with the CNC kit I ordered. I didn't think my...

RE: ........."BELT-CP THREAD"........

I thought the CNC parts on the Belt won't break, but my tail assembly has cracked - and it wasn't from a crash. I've already ordered another set from USHobbySupply. Plus, I think I put too much...

RE: ........."BELT-CP THREAD"........

The brand is HeliArtist. Haven't purchased it yet; and with a six channel rx (AR6200), I don't have an additional channel to plug in the retracted gear set (I have navigation lights galore on my...

RE: ........."BELT-CP THREAD"........

Happy New Year, everyone!!
All of my birds are "on line' and I'm having fun flying (Belt CP, Raptor G2, Lama V4), especially with the DX6i. My question is regarding fueslage upgrade. I'm...

RE: ........."BELT-CP THREAD"........

I've read in this post where you can actually fit a TREX 450 CNC head on a Belt CP? Can you use the same main shaft to fit it on? I may upgrade mine soon - the CNC head for my Belt is starting to...

RE: ........."BELT-CP THREAD"........

Okay - mine is correct. I still wonder why there's not much room for right rudder, even though I position the blades in the middle of the shaft at the beginning.

RE: ........."BELT-CP THREAD"........

Hello, everyone: I've been down for at least two weeks waiting on a new DX6i tx - the original one that I ordered was defective; should be getting the new one tomorrow. One question regarding the...

RE: ........."BELT-CP THREAD"........

Hornet05: That is the original Belt CP. I took a TREX 450 fiberglass canopy and put the Belt sticker on it. WRT flying characteristics, I think the Belt is a little easier to fly due to the size...

RE: ........."BELT-CP THREAD"........

Everyone - here is the latest pic of my "fleet" of birds, the Belt CP and Raptor G2. I may purchase the Esky Lama V4 for Xmas; don't know yet. Since updating to the DX6i tx and rx's for both birds,...

RE: ........."BELT-CP THREAD"........

Thanks, Disney1 - I opened up the tx and tightened the throttle stick resistence to the max. Throttle curve back on track. I'll see how long it lasts.

RE: ........."BELT-CP THREAD"........

This is another DX6i question - has anyone ever had the throttle control stick get "sluggish" via the monitor section on their tx display? I wanted to fly, but when I push on the throttle stick, the...

RE: ........."BELT-CP THREAD"........

I'm up and running!!!:D Tightened the throttle stick on the tx, and all is well! Just have to set my gyro for HH and I'm good to go. And most importantly, NO GLITCHES!!!!!! A little fine tuning,...

RE: ........."BELT-CP THREAD"........

It sounds like it's binding continously. I've read that HH gyros will eat up a tail servo. I tried to install the HS81 and it's too big for the tail holder on my Belt CP. The store is probably...

RE: ........."BELT-CP THREAD"........

It wasn't the tx - I inadvertently had the servo and the throttle/esc plug in the wrong slot on the rx. That explained why the aileron wouldn't move. One other thing - I just came from my local...

RE: ........."BELT-CP THREAD"........

I found the problem - too embarrassed to say what it was, but I'm spinning now!!! My throttle response is way too soft, so I'm going to adjust my ESC for quick speed throttle response instead of...

RE: ........."BELT-CP THREAD"........

Well, I got everything hooked up with my upgrade to the DX6i. I'm getting ready to fly, hook the motor up, turn on tx, plug in battery - first three beeps on motor, then quick continuous beeps. ...

RE: ........."BELT-CP THREAD"........

Okay, almost done setting this DX6i up - just a question about the "HOLD" pitch and throttle curve. There are no numbers associated with it based on Disney's recommendation. Do I not set this or...

RE: ........."BELT-CP THREAD"........

Thank you!! Additionally, I've seen many YouTube clips on installation procedures which makes setup foolproof; however, I will still use Disney's recommendations on initial setup.
