Well, it was the servo - went and purchased another one from the local hobby shop for $17.00 and it works even better thant the stock servo!!! Just barely touch the control stick and it responds...

I think it's my servo, too. I couldn't wait to get it up in the air, but now I've got to order another servo. And, I'll face the gyro toward the tail - that's what I've seen on other helos so far....

I just installed a Telebee Zoom HH Gyro - gave it a small test, and it was working like it was suppose to do. However, when I put my blades on and tried to fly, the servo won't do a thing, not even...
