I use some automotive rubber hose with a slightly smaller ID than the rods ,cut them about 3/4" long , split them & slipped them over the rods . easy to install & remove. Max

Stock muffler for this engine is a OS-704. Mounting strap is a 26425707. You might find them on one of the for sale sites. Good luck, Max H. AMA 14958 :)

Several things will slow pumping other than the pump. You might try a larger line on the suction side & some of the filter clunks in the can cause restriction as will other in line filters. Refuling...

Go out on the arm & in on the horn .You may need to adjust both to get what you want.Make sure the servos are powerful enough to handle the extra stress. Max H.

4-40 seems small. Use a bolt or screw that fits the engine beam holes or drill all the way through & use a lock nut . Max :)

Should be a set of points & some kind of a cam on the crank or thrust washer that opens & closes the points when the prop is turned over . Also a arm on the timer to advance & retard the timing.Looks...

Looks D&S to me . Should have name stamped on rear of engine . The 1940 version had a side intake . Looks like yours if missing the timer assy or I can't see it in the pictures. Max H. :)

By the way I would not take the engine apart as it has a bunch of loose needle bearings in the front housing for the crank. Should be a hatch on the side for the batteries & maybe timer . Free flight...

I have good luck with a Perry carb. Just be sure to use a filter in the line from the tank to the carb, they don't like dirt & junk. Max H.

Most likely a two nedle carb. Idle mixture screw is in the center of the arm the pushrod hooks to . Turn it out to richen & in to lean it . Use a small common screwdriver. No sweat! Max H. :)

Sounds like a Super Tigre to me.Size might be under exhaust stack on side of crankcase. Max :)

Looks quite small ,probably .19 size. too small for a heli engine. Most likely for a car & back in the old days the Veco .19's were used by a lot of R/C car runners . That's my guess. Max H. :)

Engine in the u- control plane looks to be a Rocket .46 ignition, next to the left a Arden .099 or .19 with a clear plastic tank ,next I can't find ,to the left of the shelf post is a Bantam .19...
