RE: Back into electric...ThunderbirdJunkie's SC10

I hate Pactra paint [:@] Gives me a massive headache and the fluorescent paint runs and comes out awful, and not very fluorescent.

RE: just a questions

TA03's are amazing drifters. They're actually so easy to drift they've been banned from competitions in the UK.

RE: epic motor

For low turn motors I run a Ko VFS-1 variant, so either that, a Tamiya Volac MS or Hara Twister 2.2. These can be picked up cheap off ebay.

RE: epic motor

From what I can find your speedo has an 18 turn limit, so a 10t would be far too much for it to handle.

RE: 1/10 RC Formula 1 Cars...lets see'em

Yep, that looks very much like the old HPI F1 car.

RE: kyosho TF-5

From what I've heard, many people have snapped the chassis of a Cyclone S. I'd recommend getting something better second-hand.

RE: Ticket anybody?

Having visited the Greek Island of Rhodes to visit Grandparents several times, I can confirm Greek Police don't really care about speeding drivers. On several occasions, my Grandad has been driving...

RE: Official E-FIRESTORM thread

Switching the rear arms gives a longer wheelbase, thus making the car more stable (that's what I found out) and easier to drive. It also kept the wheels on the ground a little better when running a...

RE: More Speed?

I can second what newto3d said. I run my Nosram Storm Evo (same as the LRP Vector X11) 3.5t motor with a 2s lipo, and the thing will fly. You will need foam tyres though, It will literally rip rubber...

RE: Getting ready to go fast!

I'd stay away from big power stuff in a TT01, a 9t Brushless would be plenty. I've used a 3.5t Nosram motor in my TC5, and it's insane!! Great fun in the rain on slicks aswell :)

Proline F1 Hawgs

I have a set of these, they've been fitted but are un-run. What are they like, and how much would they be worth if I sold them?

RE: FULL TT-01 BUILD; BMW 320si WTTC 2006; SPORTSDRIFTER PICS PAINTING ETC.

What colourscheme you going for on the shell? And I'd recommend ditching the plastic bushings for a set of bearings :P

RE: new rc car but which to choose??

Looking at your budget, I'd definitely look at an E-Revo or a Slash and some decent radio gear. I personally would find another £29 and get a Savage X 4.6 with reverse.
