Couldn't you just give them a call? That's what I end up doing with Scott at Hobby Express (Formerly Starfleet hobbies). Look up the part number on Tower's or Horizon's Site then give hime a call. ...

Like I said, I was just looking up the part number, my LHS is getting me the parts. I saw the shipping discrepancy, and I wanted to point it out to them. I just thought their response was funny.
