RE: Parkzone bf-109 motor upgrade

Pics are a good thing! It's been awhile since I upgraded a motor, but putting a 25 into my 109 would definitely be worth it!

Check your elevator, one side may be a smidge off.

Also, thanks to glazier808 and mad web tv scientist for the suggestions about balancing the prop.

I stopped by one of my LHS today to pick...

RE: Parkzone NEW Messerschmitt Bf-109G PNP and BNF

Well, the Master Airscrew I tried was smaller than the original prop for the plane, and the noise and vibration did not occur (I think due to the smaller MAS 3 blade). But, I am still not getting the...

RE: Parkzone NEW Messerschmitt Bf-109G PNP and BNF

I might have figured out the problem I stated above.

RE: Official Hobby Zone "Super Cub" Thread

I have the XPort lights and they're okay. I'm just a stickler for something that looks and acts more "real". Plus they didn't seem to be bright enough for my night-flying taste. That's why I am...

RE: ParkZone NEW FW-190 Butcher Bird

Well, tried the new weight in the nose, and it still wasn't enough. All I did was zip-tie the threaded weight from the stock setup to the frot of the firewall area.

Managed a nose-in under full...

RE: Reinforce Hobbyzone Super Cub

You could embed some carbon fiber rods or carbon fiber strips to the wings, and generous amounts of packing tape going from the leading edge of the wing to the trailing edge would be good. I covered...

RE: ParkZone NEW FW-190 Butcher Bird

Well, the second flight was good at the Show Low, Arizona, city park baseball field. Nosed in on landing but everything was okay. The flight after that though resulted in a cartwheel and this:

RE: Official Hobby Zone "Super Cub" Thread

When flying far away it's hard to tell which direction the plane is flying in.

Solution, paraphrased:
