Thanks for the tips. Yes, It was a new wood prop and quite soft that at first I could get enough resistance when torquing them down. Will stay with laminated wood props.

Just got my dl-100. Whne testing on ground the prop bolts sheared off ( in 20 minutes at about 3500 rpm). Now I also question the cast aluminum engine mount plate which copies the DA's cut-off...
