Well I agree with the load factor, but using a 5amp bec eliminates the problem. The stock esc burned out after 20 flights so I now have a 35g Align (got a good price) so that end is taken care of.

Yep, 90 the servos, level the swash install the remainder of the head.
Are you getting 20 degrees of travel, what ever the numbers are the spread should be 20, ie +/- 10 degrees is a total of 20...

Sorry missed the gear part, the motor mount stays solid in the frame and the motor adjust for and aft to alin the mesh of the gears, sounds as if they were much to tight, or possible way to loose...

Stock servos are famous for this, not if but just a question of when. Options - replace the gears in the servo or upgrade ALL the head servos with better quality and performance. Check Blad Bible...

Gyro Switch (gear) has two positions,the gain can be set in the TX for each position. Set the up position to 65% and the down position...

Yep the lower frame should have been heavier plastic but CF may be TO rigid, some flex is needed, however heavier plastic and longer would have been nice.

Well yes the rex gear is a bit stiffer and wider but here is the problem, when you drill out the new holes for the blade size that leaves a weak point where the old holes are, both mine broke right...

Should you have and trim in HH mode? I could be wrong but if the tail is mech correct in rate mode then you should not need trim in hh. Up the gain till the tail begins to wag then back it off...

Sounds as if there are a few differnt probems
Are the servos stock or upgrades?
Throttle and Pitch curves stock?
If the tail yaws uncontrolably on spool up it sound as a directional problem in...
