I too have just torn down the front end trying to reduce the slop. My biggest problem is where the servo saver meets the upper deck, just like you-j-boy. I put a washer between the top deck and servo...

THanks. I checked last night and found only 1. It was only $1 or $2 cheaper than Tower. I'd rather order both F/R ring and pinions from Tower to avoid the typical EBay bull. The extra $5-10 is worth...

Buzz, I love the way your HF turned out. What aluminum steering components did you use (from what manufacturer)?
