What a lucky find! Find an engine is easy you just need a .10 airplane engine like O.S. (old vintage one are easy to find), also the Fuji 099SR fit perfect and was one of the most used on this car...

Yes .21 can be used and i think that the engine mount it's the same, here in attach the pic i have and that can give you an idea. I also add a pic of the clutch pads can you tell me if they look...
