Well, it WAS a balance charge...but after that first time I charged it (when it didn't actually say that it was done), I charged it again yesterday and it got all of the way to the full charge mark...

All u need is the carb body, the same thing happened to me a
month or so ago, they make those carbs extremely flimsy. Either way, it's an easy fix, so u'll be ready to drive in notime.
