RE: Vendetta ST Upgrades for Grass Racing

I haven't had the blowout problem (LOL, knock on wood), but it's been my experience that those that do have the "problem" do so because they don't carefully enough bleed the shocks before mounting...

RE: vendetta st/b differences

Yup, they sure do - one's a buggy (that runs in the buggy class) and the other's a truck (that runs in the truck class).

RE: Official Mini-T Thread

Not only were the stock mini pins not designed to run on rough concrete, I don't think there's a pinned tire on the market that will take the abuse of running obsessive donuts.

RE: CF/FT RC18t

RE: Vendetta ST Upgrades for Grass Racing

Grass can be pretty tough on the drivetrain (and motor and exc) and could lead to trouble, but I guess that depends on how heavy a grass you'll be running on and how much of it relative to dirt, etc....

RE: synthesized vs Spectrum?

First off, "glitch problems" are seldom a issue because of the fault of the receiver or radio system and are most likely a result of how servo wires are run to the receiver and/or across antenna...

less teeth = quicker takeoff, less top end
more teeth = slower takeoff, higher top speed

RE: A little Venderra st 1/18 help

Take a look at the Duratrax website and look up your truck, on the page you'll find a link that will show all the hop-up goodies you're asking about and a bunch of other available upgrade goodies.

RE: how to maintain a brushed motor?

ALL motors need to be cleaned, it's just that some people are under the illusion that the closed endbell motors don't.
Get a can of motor spray at your local hobby shop, or a can of electronics...

RE: new mini-t servo glitching

I think you're in a bit of a quandry in differentiating between "hobby-grade" and toy-grade RC stuff.
While I have several mini-ts and the vehicles themselves are definately worthy of the...

RE: Golden Horizons Aluminum for 18t
