RE: Return of Lunchbox..

Some of us forgot, and turned it into an anti-LunchBox thread. ;)

Take a breath, calm down, have a cool drink, something. Life ain't that bad to get ticked over every little thing and...

RE: Return of Lunchbox..

Dude, calm down.
If you can't open your eyes to some constructive criticism of your rantings, then I can't help you understand your complaints.
It's a re-release. Simply put, same truck, same...

RE: Return of Lunchbox..

:D Things broke when my daughter crashed the Honda into the neighbors tree. I didn't blame Honda, or even ask why somewhere, I told her to quit crying and try and miss the tree next time. ;)

I...

RE: Return of Lunchbox..

What I mean is that people should have a greater expectation of what they'll get if they already have experience with the cheap Tamaiya kits. You get what you pay for. Cheap plastic kit equals cheap...

RE: Return of Lunchbox..

It wasn't my intent to bash you dude, but the questions had a noob-ish tone to them. I mean, realistically, plastic hasn't changed in 50 years so how can you expect issues you had 20 years ago to be...

RE: Return of Lunchbox..

I tend to think that those three points about cover it.

And if you're going to call me out for saying something to the other guy, how do you expect me to want to weigh in and answer your...

RE: Return of Lunchbox..

Sorry, maybe I did. I guess I was just trying to do it in a not so hurtful way. At the same time it's kind of hard not to call something as I see them. There wasn't any harm intended, but when the...

RE: Return of Lunchbox..

I guess a lot of it depends on just how rough of a "driving over the weekend" experience you had. While its been my experience that LED are a lot tougher than normal incandescent bulbs, all lighting...

RE: Return of Lunchbox..

Sorry, and not intending to call you out, but if you've done previous Tamaiya buildups and suggest you've done the Tamaiya thing in the past it would seem to me you're mostly asking/having...

RE: Return of Lunchbox..

They used to, but now they only do it on their basher models. All their full-race stuff is up to modern specs full of all sorts of carbon fiber, titanium, and aluminum.

RE: Return of Lunchbox..

LOL that's pretty neat. Reminds me of the good old days. I won one back then as a prize for best paint at a race, gave it to my brother who had so much fun with it running the dog around the yard...

RE: Return of Lunchbox..

Tamaiya never has really been into the nitro market, race-wise, but since your Clod days they have done a lot more in building respectable racers while at the same time straddling the fence between...

RE: Return of Lunchbox..

jeez......instead of going through all that mess, why not just go LiPO???

Better continuous power, likely better runtime, and lighter (and how could that hurt in a top-heavy vehicle?)..............
