Hey. What parts from the xtreme tailboom did you leave out??? Got that tailboom and it makes my v4 tail heavy,interested in knowing whats parts from it are expendable. Thanks mate

It would gain in stability but loose some speed.Not that it goes fast anyway!!hehe. Would recommend the longer flybar only if you want an extremely satble heli but in my opinion the v3 is already...

Recieved the turbo shaft and lower alu hub from rchelicoptershop and both items are a bit c**p. The turbo shaft hub hasnt got much space between the blade grips and slows the reaction of the flybar...

Check that the weights on either side are totally balanced and that the flybar is straight. Then go down and check that the rods connecting the upper rotor head to the flybar are properly...

Finally recieved the xtreme tail boom for my v4 and that works and looks awesome,no problems there. Also got the xtreme canopy and even before painting it i`ve noticed that it wont fit the lama v4...

Take a look at the shafts available at either `rchelicoptershop` or `rc711`. Both lama shafts found in these sites are 2cm longer than stock as opposed to the 5mm of the original one. Have also seen...

Doesnt sound right. Seems to me that you are having too much current flowing to the 4in1. If you had something that was creating friction,then only the motors would burn out.Nonetheless,take apart...

Using the xtreme shaft again and must say that i have no more tbe. Adjusted the servos and top linkage rods until the v4 has an almost perfect hover.Goes to show that with a bit of patience...
