Hi, 15-20 flights now and the aileron hinges is getting sloppy....Seems like the phenol horn holes are getting bigger. Anyone else?

Flanged bearing was my first thought but not enough material...

A scanned picture of this baffle template would be highly appreciated. If you are able to scan it I can make a vectorized version available so the outer diameter can be adjusted to each installation.

[/quote]100m should be no problem for any war bird. I bring in most of my jets in under that ... I would not try 3 point touch downs on the P-47, as with this airframe/gear layout you risk slamming...

The plane are just what I am looking for. Shortly finished saving money now.

I do have a AT-6 and Moki 250, but the wingspan is 3,45m so I am able to use it on our 110meter grassfield.
