Don't feel bad, I'm still trying to break the habit of dropping the throttle when I get into trouble, works well with ground vehicles, not so much in the air. My sim controller is still in a box...

I've heard of some people affecting electronic devices, like some people can't wear a watch cause it doesn't keep time while they wear it, I wouldn't rule it out, besides, you have the proof, saw it...

I lost that stopper as well, once you put the Super Skids on use a half of one of the pieces of clear rubber tubing from the old skids.

Creteus, I just got my F40 last Friday and got an extra battery, one of them was bad and at full charge would get me anly a few inches off the ground for maybe 60 seconds. If you only have 1 battery...

Personally if I replaced the stocker with a better motor I wouldn't bother with that board.

It's taking me a bit to get used the required finesse a helicopter needs as well, definitely can't slam it around like the nitro truck I sold to get into heli's :D

You could just lengthen them by soldering in additional wire, but I would replace the entire length with one piece from the motor to the ESC.
