I don't think any foams are made specifically for the e-revo, but you should be able to put some together using big enough donuts and a 17mm hex rim. The only difference I have been able to discern...

Does anybody know some good sand tires? I don't imagine the stock tires would grip very well in loose sand, and pins don't dig very deep.

Anybody have thoughts on the new Maxamps lifepo4 batteries? I think they're overpriced ($270 +shipping for 6750mah and 9.9v), but might have some unseen benefits.

Yeah, that trusty piece of knowledge almost never fails. The exploded views are almost 1:1, so it's actually really accurate. My first kit was a Tamiya TT-01, which was my second rc after a 'new'...

Speaking of exploded views, here's a trick I learned when I built my first kit: lay the screws and asorted transmission pieces on the actual exploded view. After that, just make sure not to bump...

Lipo's actually go to their grave if you discharge them too much, so a lipo cutoff shuts down the battery so you don't permanently kill it. A very good idea, especially with hundred dollar high...

Damn!! A guy walked out with the last e-revo right as I got to the shop!!! Well, it's not that bad, but it's still gonna take about a month to get them in stock again considering the current weather....
