Thanks RT. I found the problem, I had the old motor and the new one side by side on the bench and put the old one back in!!!!!!!

I've been flying ok with the stock power set up and have just tried a 2cell 1500 10c lipo and cant get higher than about 4". Its lighter and balances great just no power. Any tricks here?? Thanks

You could look under your 'rotor head' and see if one of the bearings on your 'top frame connector' have popped out of the rotor head. If it has, pop it back in.
