In theory yes, but in reality once the LSN is tweaked and you have a reliable idle, you may have to close the carb slightly as it may rev too high...

You dont want too much...

Its worth understanding how a Model carb actually works...

The Main needle affects ALL mixtures, be they high speed or low speed, as they regulate the fuel flow to all orifices in the carb...
