It could be too rich or too lean, thats what it sounds like. kind of like a moment of misfire and the click you hear is normal motor nose

a "Few gallons" translates to a ton of fuel when the fuel tank is 75cc. The fuel tank will last you about 10 - 12 mins depending and a gallon is a LOT of fuel. I just bought 1 gallon of o'donnells...

Gotcha - any ideas on the brake shoes? I might have to take a pic but basically it seems like my disc is too thick or something. I can't get the disc between the shoes very well.
