A quick update... no spinning during a full pack. Not sure what fixed my problem but I changed batteries in transmitter, replaced capacitor on tail motor, and replace tail motor wires. Of course this...

Its spinning to the right. The tail motor seems to be actuated at full power. Sometimes only a quick 180 or it lasts up to 5 seconds. If I'm not near trees I just usually wait it out.
