Manolo,

yes, I pressed the rivets and panels with a lead pencil into the covering ( medium, not the hardest one ) .So the complete Jug is perforated and has hundrets of breaking points..:)

vibrations, heat and oil will kill the battery.But in this big Cowling I would place the battery in shrinking tube, 2or 3 inches

distance to the engine and mounted on foam with...
