Rustler VXL or XO-1

Hello all,

I've been out of the hobby for 5 years now and am thinking about returning. Sold all my gear years ago so I've got squat.

RE: just need to get rid of my anger.

My mom always tells me that my dad is different from others and that he's a "good guy". It always seemed weird when I'd go to a friend's house and their dad just seemed so much different from mine....

Selling RCs, How Much?

I'm pretty much done with this hobby now. So, how much can I get for: a fully working Stampede VXL, Mini Revo VXL, and Jato 3.3? I'm thinkin' 170 for Stampede and 150 for Mini Revo. And the Jato for...

RE: Im Seriously On the Verge of Losing This Hobby

Well everything that's breaking is not replaceable by RPM.

Well hey I don't mind wrenching on them but when I can't get through 1-2 packs without needing to fix something it kind of...

RE: Im Seriously On the Verge of Losing This Hobby

I properly care for it. And the spur gear stripping doesn't happen too often, but it's mostly the driveling component and servo saver. I know I know, I need an RPM bumber.

RE: Im Seriously On the Verge of Losing This Hobby

It doesn't bother me if the car breaks here and there every so often. But it seems like every run now something decides to break, and it's always those same parts. This thing hasn't stay in one piece...

RE: Im Seriously On the Verge of Losing This Hobby

The reason I got into this was for some relaxation and now all it does is piss me off. Man this really sucks. And ya, my dad is constantly telling me that I need to stop spending so much money. I...

Im Seriously On the Verge of Losing This Hobby

Ugh...this hobby is now just doing nothing but stealing my money and pissing me off. Today I've YET AGAIN broken another part on my Stampede only after a day of it being fixed. Constantly, spur gear,...

RE: disposal of a lipo?

We've got a Ford F-350 to haul the race trailer to the races and a Honda Accord for just driving around. F-350 gets like 12 MPG and with the trailer it drops to like 7 MPG and the Honda gets like 35...

RE: Found an gasoline powered RC car

Uh...no they wouldn't. No one would pay more than 100$ for a non-running T-Maxx.

RE: Found an gasoline powered RC car

You might get 50 bucks if you toss it as is dude. If you get into this hobby you'll have so much fun. But hey, it's what you want.

RE: Hobbypartz - Lipos and Leopards

Why would you think the Gens Ace is better than Sky? And if you're worried about it, buy packs from Hobby King such as Zippy and Turnigy. Much much batter.

RE: does everyone here use lipo?

Don't buy those 'cause they're not fully connected to the actual cells and go bad after a few runs. Buy some Turnigys.
