RE: ENFORCER OWNERS ~~ This is your thread

I run an M6 without zero drags in my magnum with the stock WHH clutch. Engine idles well below the RPM needed to engage the clutch, and idles all day long. The timing on the M6 motor is not...

RE: ENFORCER OWNERS ~~ This is your thread

I never had my skeg or rudder kick up without hitting a bouy or something in the water. Although the boat handles horribly with the stock skeg I did run it quite a few times with it. I also never...

RE: ENFORCER OWNERS ~~ This is your thread

No problem Joe, glad to hear you didn't burn up any O-rings up. Does she have a bad lean in the straights or is it minimal? Lifting the drive slightly can help reduce torque roll, also when adding...

RE: ENFORCER OWNERS ~~ This is your thread

I'm only going to respond this part. When I first got into this hobby, I felt the same way you do about Tony and WHH. Yes they are in fact a good company, and Tony certainly works hard and puts many...

RE: ENFORCER OWNERS ~~ This is your thread

I think you should reread my previous posts, from your response I really don't think you understand my message. Never did I even recommend a transom pick up. It is not my "standards" it's actually...

RE: ENFORCER OWNERS ~~ This is your thread

Magnum unless your silex runs on its side that extra water pickup is going to be completely out of the water in the straights. I don't know where pyro put his, but you have to get it as close to the...

RE: ENFORCER OWNERS ~~ This is your thread

Yeah that's what Tony's recommendation was to me too. I wasn't fully convinced on it, so I took it a step further and I think it was worthwhile. However that should keep your head cool, but I would...

RE: ENFORCER OWNERS ~~ This is your thread

If you have done all of that and your still having trouble with getting a good flow at all, then I'd suspect the rudder or you really have to run two separate lines. The flange and pipe are a bit...

RE: ENFORCER OWNERS ~~ This is your thread

In my opinion it's the thru hull fitting, the rudder, and the flange Tony uses causing the water flow issues. The thru hull is 7/32" and about a 1 1/4" long, it can be drilled out to 1/8th but it's...

RE: ENFORCER OWNERS ~~ This is your thread

Magnum is your silex giving you water flow issues? When I first got mine it barely flowed any water, and with the stock setup any bit of water that does come out you can't see it at speed. After...

RE: ENFORCER OWNERS ~~ This is your thread

I don't believe so, I do remember inquiring about a 60" MTI cat off craigslist about a year ago though, but nothing here on RCU or the dock. I don't remember if it was painted, but I remember it...

RE: ENFORCER OWNERS ~~ This is your thread

Sorry bud, no way your gator would ever hit 66mph even with a full mod and perfectly trimmed, it just would not handle well enough to get up to those speeds. Pushing a stock silex up to 66mph would...

RE: ENFORCER OWNERS ~~ This is your thread

Can't really see in the pic, but it's most likely 66kph which is about 41mph.

RE: ENFORCER OWNERS ~~ This is your thread

Your going to want to use a unibit on Tony's radio box, there are other options but in my opinion its the best.

RE: ENFORCER OWNERS ~~ This is your thread

I like to put a bit of high temp silicon on the flange before sliding the header on. Without it, it will keep seeping oil like that. I like how Tony anodized your flange and clamp, he didn't do that...

RE: ENFORCER OWNERS ~~ This is your thread

Just wait until you run her, I think you are going to be very pleased. My only complaint about the silex is the hardware Tony uses and the lay up of the hull. Tony drills out the stingers to use his...

RE: ENFORCER OWNERS ~~ This is your thread

There is plenty of ventilation for an aluminum dry pipe in the magnum, you can always open up the rear of the hatch to let more air out, and I prolly will. Don't let Tony fool you, the only advantage...

RE: ENFORCER OWNERS ~~ This is your thread

I the fastest I've had my magnum go was 44mph with an M5 on a dry pipe, with a 275 cupped by dasboata. Only ran it a couple weekends with the dry pipe and didn't really do much tweaking, but I think...

RE: ENFORCER OWNERS ~~ This is your thread

Whatever you do, don't run your boat again until you get that teflon liner out of the flex shaft. It will bind up your cable and break it, and chances are your cable is Tony's new style which is...

RE: ENFORCER OWNERS ~~ This is your thread

It is not at all worth driving 3 hours up to Tony to get this done. This is a real simple fix, and your going to be doing stuff like this more often then you think. After pulling the drive off you...
