Any other tips? Those mechanical speed controllers, are you supposed to put dielectric grease on the contacts? I can remember them being a nightmare back in the late 80's when i was into r/c's......

I am dying to know how fast this thing goes and what motor is in it. Just have to buy a charger and i should be good! BTW, the tires that are on it(in the pic), would it kill them if i drove it on...

I also just purchased a car for the first time since 1989! I believe it is a bolink, i purchased off of ebay. I will try and post pictures today. Should be here any day now!
