Yep, that I do, it called Pegasus.

Is a nice place with a HUGE pond (more of a lake) ..... be even nicer if it didn't feel like it at eastern beach after the hired bus's come out from out...

At NZ$1500 or so for a (seriously) good IOM hull off the likes of Carl, if "someone" managed to get a 'fast' option out to the clubs that was more exciting, required no more sets of sails than an IOM...

not too far from wattle down, great place to sail .... chch is rubbish re sailing locations where u can't loose your boat!
Hagley park, while a great pond, has the worst wind you could ever...

My one meter mono has a shaped peice of jandle foam on it and it works fine, you could always try someone like Skellerup and see what/if offcuts the have lying around.
