Yea I figured washers would do the trick. I am still a little miffed that they are made so poorly but I supose that is to be expected from Hot Racing. I tracked down the Washers and you can buy them...

No I did not and so far it has not been and issue. They fit snugly on the rim but if they were loose I would of glued them. Have fun on your build and remember no lock-tight! Post lots of pictures!

I think it was either 1. a bad batch, 2. a bad design. I am leaning twords #2 being the problem because I can not see anything wrong with them other than the hub being to narrow.

I thought about using some washers to fill in the gap but didnt have the right size. Works great on the stock rims...

Update.... Its the Hot Racing rims.... [&o] They are to narrow on the hub. I tried them with the stock forks and the HR forks and its the same result. To much play. So I ended up using the stock rims...
