Sounds like spark plug breaking down to me. Try a new plug and see if it run right. I have seen new plugs go bad for whatever reason.

Aeroscale you may have a gasket leak somewhere between the reed block and the carb. Sounds funny but take a can of WD-40 and spray all dripping wet and choke the engine and see if it will draw fuel....

I have found that on some of the carbs if you look close you would be able to move the spring to a different hole and it will have less tension on the spring but still be able to return to idle.

Check your plug the gap may have change or gotten dirty with oil build up carbon.

Hey Joe, My 45 prop hub is held on with four bolts and the prop is held on with three bolts plus the main center bolt. Is this one of the good prop hubs. Ser # CA0812EJ0919-G3. Bought 12/14/08....
