Thanks Larry, I have already replaced the Velox, with another. That is the one that I taped the LE's. I wish I knew to tape on the first one...

Wingtip damage would not have been visable, as it was freshly repainted! So freash as the plane still stunk of wet paint! So who knows what it had been through???

The plane literally exploded(non cumbustably) in air. There were pieces/parts fluttering for 5 min's, and spread for 100yrds+/-

Could the problem possible be in the reed block, or something else besides the carb? I would think that if one of the reeds was hanging open, a little, it wouldn't create the pulses nessecary to pump...

I have an extended arm, and lever for setting choke. I open my throttle a little, set the choke, then back the throttle down just enough to hold...
